​​Exhibition Format & Scheduling

• Exhibition type: Solo and group exhibitions for artists working in any artistic discipline

• Exhibition period: March–December 2026

• Duration: Each exhibition typically runs for 1 to 4 weeks

• Scheduling: Exhibition dates are arranged in dialogue with selected artists

Participation & Working Approach

• Participation fee:
  A participation fee applies and contributes to the basic operational costs of the exhibition programme, including:

  • Use of the exhibition walls

  • Supervision during opening hours

  • Essential promotion through our channels

  • Longer exhibition periods benefit from a reduced weekly rate. All listed fees include applicable VAT.

  The participation fee is structured as follows:

  • 1 week: 230€

  • 2 weeks: 430€ (215€ /week)

  • 3 weeks: 615€ (205€ /week)

  • 4 weeks: 780€ (195€ /week)
     

• Working approach:
  The exhibition programme follows a lightweight and collaborative structure, supporting artistic autonomy while maintaining a clear and manageable framework for both the artist and Neljä Lab.
