​​Exhibition Format & Scheduling

• Exhibition type: Solo and group exhibitions for artists working in any artistic discipline

• Exhibition period: January–December 2027 | Applications deadline on 31 July 2026.

• Scheduling: Exhibition dates are arranged with artists. Places are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Duration: Each exhibition typically runs for 1 to 4 weeks

Participation & Working Approach

• Rental fee of walls: The Rental fee of wall is structured as follows: All listed fees include applicable VAT.​

  • 1 week: 280€ 

  • 2 weeks: 474€ (237€ /week)

  • 3 weeks: 675€ (225€ /week)

  • 4 weeks: 870€ (217,5€ /week)
    An extra 10% off for artists' association members, full-time students.
     

• A service fee covering gallery supervision, poster printing, flyer design, and client communications applies at
  100€ (1 week), 160€ (2 weeks), 240€ (3 weeks), and 300€ (4 weeks).

• Working approach:
  The exhibition programme follows a lightweight and collaborative structure, supporting artistic autonomy while maintaining a clear and manageable framework for both the artist and Neljä Lab.
